Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
