Road roller operator — West Dunbartonshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On a typical shift you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; check for underground cables and services before digging. £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
