Powder coating operator — Calaveras County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Calaveras County, California. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
