Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Kitsap County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
