Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bedford County, Tennessee. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
