Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
