You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage On the job you will handle: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
