We are recruiting: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Miami County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Your main tasks: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Meals and transport allowance provided.
