Air conditioning installer — Brown County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Brown County, Illinois. The job is on new-build apartment projects. Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred Your main tasks: • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
