House painter — Lowndes County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a house painter in Lowndes County, Mississippi. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator You will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
