Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation worker in Rutland County, Vermont. The role involves: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
