Prep cook wanted in Harrison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Harrison County, Indiana. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
