Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cochran County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
