Production welder — Funakaye

Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Funakaye, Gombe State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
