Roofing foreman • Winkler County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Winkler County, Texas. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
