Coating plant operator • St. Clair County, Missouri

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in St. Clair County, Missouri. You will work at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
