You will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
