Now hiring: we are hiring a press shop operator in Richmond County, Virginia. You will work on the press shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On a typical shift you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
