Single needle operator wanted in Pocahontas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown On the job you will handle: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
