Groundskeeper — Morgan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Morgan County, Kentucky. You will work in a botanical garden. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
