You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
