Now hiring: we are hiring a pressman in Platte County, Missouri. You will work in a tailoring workshop. Day to day you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; give each garment a final press before packing. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
