Bakery assistant — Swift County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Swift County, Minnesota. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
