Excavator operator wanted in Dickinson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Dickinson County, Iowa. The job is at a road and highway construction project. On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Rotating shifts.
