Argon welding operator wanted in Gregg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Gregg County, Texas. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Full-time with occasional weekends.
