Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Webster County, Georgia. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
