Blocklayer wanted in St. Clair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a blocklayer in St. Clair County, Alabama. You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding You will building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
