Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ogun Waterside, Ogun State. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
