Bread baker wanted in Randolph County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Randolph County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay.
