Kitchen cook — Conejos County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Conejos County, Colorado. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
