Cake decorator — East Dunbartonshire

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
