Packaging machine operator — Grant County

Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Grant County, North Dakota. The job is at an injection moulding unit. On a typical shift you will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
