Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Conecuh County, Alabama. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Performance bonus on top of base pay.
