Now hiring: excavator operator (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Bath and North East Somerset, England. You will work at a road and highway construction project. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Six days a week, one day off.
