Immediate opening: plastering hand (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in Greenwood County, South Carolina. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Day-to-day duties: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Requirements: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
