The role involves: • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders • Ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading • Carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run You should have: • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app 1+ years on the tools preferred.
