Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar installer in Wright County, Iowa. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. The role involves lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
