Head baker wanted in Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Lee County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
