Bench joiner — Wadena County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bench joiner in Wadena County, Minnesota. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day to day you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
