Great opportunity: tile setter (England)

Join our team: we are hiring a tile setter in Hampshire, England. Day to day you will make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £1,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
