Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Langtang South, Plateau State. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
