The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Overtime paid at a premium rate.
