Shuttering fixer wanted in Perry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Perry County, Alabama. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites You will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
