Garden maintenance worker wanted in Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Monroe County, Missouri. You will work in a public park. The role involves: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
