Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in DeSoto County, Florida. You will work at a food processing unit. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols On the job you will handle: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
