Moulder — Santa Rosa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Santa Rosa County, Florida. You will be based on the moulding line. On a typical shift you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 2+ years on the tools preferred.
