Requirements: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
