Coating plant operator — Randall County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Randall County, Texas. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
