Waterproofing applicator — Cottonwood County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. You will be based on residential new-build sites. Day to day you will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; insulate and ventilate the roof void; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
