We are recruiting: PVC window assembler (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Burke County, North Dakota. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day to day you will take site measurements of openings before fabrication; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
